Alumni extends hands to build a smarter AMU.

ALIGARH May 24:
Noted cardiologist and Chairman Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi, Dr Ashok Seth, along with his wife Dr (Mrs) Poonam Seth, has donated a sum of Rs 15 lakh to the Aligarh Muslim University for setting up Smart Classrooms at its Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC).

Dr Seth, who is also an alumnus of the JNMC, has been instrumental in starting heart related surgeries in JNMC by providing necessary training to the medical and paramedical staff of the college.

AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor, while extending heartfelt gratitude to Dr Seth for his unrelenting cooperation and support, said that this monetary help will certainly go a long way in creating better academic ambience at the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College.
