Aigarh Muslim University Teachers Association to conduct elections for President, Hony Secretary, Joint Secretary and Two Executive Council members.

Aligarh, May 20: The Aligarh Muslim University Teachers Association (AMUTA) will conduct elections for the post of President, Hony Secretary, Joint Secretary and Two Members of the Executive Council on May 23, 2017. Professor Hamid Ali from the Department of Petroleum studies has kindly consented to be the Chief Election Officer.

AMUTA will also have a General Body Meeting on May 22, 2017 in which the teachers associated with AMUTA will release the 2016-17 reports of Hony Secretary and Auditor. Meanwhile, AMUTA will also present the Annual Budget for the 2017-18 session besides announcing the appointment of the Auditor for the 2017-18.

AMUTA has also expressed deep sense of satisfaction, happiness and contentment for the Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor for his kind cooperation and understanding on issues and problems related to the AMU teachers.
